Why I Created Sober Yoga
Yoga became part of my life when I needed a steady way to replace an old evening habit.
Through movement and breath, I learned how to sit with restlessness, calm my nervous system, and soften without switching off. Yoga has supported me through seven years of sobriety — not as a cure, but as a practice I return to again and again.
Sober Yoga is shaped by that experience, and by what I know evenings can feel like when you’re choosing a different way.
